Dear Praying Friends,

Since returning from Alaska, I have been teaching and preaching in a Spanish-speaking church in Largo, Florida.  God has blessed, but it is very difficult to have a permanent ministry with the Spanish-speaking people in this area.  One reason for this is that there are so many illegal workers with little time or interest in spiritual things.  Pray that God will use us to reach out to these people who need our Lord and Savior.

We just received word that the translation of the book, Becoming a Christian, has been completed into the Russian language, and now it is being translated into Ukrainian. The next important task is to have it printed.   Already one of our dear friends has offered a matching grant of $2,000 toward this printing.  We are asking those who want to have a part in this printing to please send your gifts to the following address:    Neil Cadwell Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. 4304 West Petty Road, Muncie, IN 47304

Your gift will produce a revolving fund, for the books will be sold in Russia at a minimum cost that will provide funds to reprint it without asking for future help.  If you have questions, you may contact Neil Cadwell at 765-282-2272.  We whole-heartedly recommend this ministry.  Please mark your gifts for the “Printing of Becoming a Christian.

PRAYER REQUESTS:

(1) Please pray for us as we begin new Bible classes in the Saint Petersburg area.

(2) Please pray for us as we make contacts with pastors in Florida and prepare for one-on-one evangelism seminars in this area.

(3) Please pray that $6,000 yet needed for the printing of the book, Becoming a Christian, in both Russian and Ukrainian will soon be supplied.

(4) We praise the Lord for the new families who have been converted through the evangelism efforts in Guadalajara.  Please continue to pray for Pastor Miguel and for the health needs of his wife, Clemen.

(5) We praise the Lord that the mission church building in Tala, Mexico, is almost completed.

We are thrilled to have our 19-year-old grandson, Don, with us for the Christmas season this year.  We are enjoying many good times together.   We thank the Lord for each one of you, our dear friends, realizing your friendship is one of God’s gifts to us.  Thank you so very much for your prayers and for your financial support of our ministry.

Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year,

Myron and Dotty Philippi
